When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for platters, as they require preparation time. Same-day orders may be possible, but they depend on ingredient availability and preparation time, so we encourage you to contact us to discuss your request.
How do I place an order for a sushi platter?
Placing an order is simple! Select your preferred platter, choose the pickup date and time, provide your contact details, and confirm your order. Payment is made upon collection.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before pickup. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
How many people do the sushi platters serve?
Our sushi platters are available in two sizes:
- Small platters serve 2-3 people, perfect for a light meal.
- Large platters serve 5-7 people, ideal for sharing with a group.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we offer only in-store pickup. However, we may introduce delivery in the future—stay tuned!
How do I pay for my order?
You pay upon collection at our location. We accept cash and card payments.
Can I customize my platter?
Our platters are carefully curated, but if you have specific preferences or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Where do I pick up my order?

Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order here. To do so, you will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. The order number can be found at the end of the ordering process (in the green box after clicking “Place Order”) or in your confirmation email.
